California Chicken
I have a thing for warm jasmine rice and California Chicken--truth to be told is that avocado slices over warm rice make for me a perfect meal, in my humble opinion. Adding the avocado over tomato and grilled chicken; smothering it with provolone and serving it with roasted broccoli on the side, makes for a perfect meal.

Beef Tomatoes

Thin sliced

Provolone cheese

Thin sliced

Directions:
- When the chicken is ready and coming out of the oven, top with the tomato and avocado before placing the provolone.
- Return chicken to the oven until provolone melts.
- Serve with rice and vegetables, inside a hamburger bun with sweet potato fries, or on its own with a side salad.
