California Chicken

I have a thing for warm jasmine rice and California Chicken--truth to be told is that avocado slices over warm rice make for me a perfect meal, in my humble opinion. Adding the avocado over tomato and grilled chicken; smothering it with provolone and serving it with roasted broccoli on the side, makes for a perfect meal.

Ingredients:
4
5-oz. each
“Italian Grilled Chicken”
1
large
Avocado
Sliced
1
large
Beef Tomatoes
Thin sliced
4
slices
Provolone cheese
Thin sliced

Directions:
  1. When the chicken is ready and coming out of the oven, top with the tomato and avocado before placing the provolone.
  2. Return chicken to the oven until provolone melts.
  3. Serve with rice and vegetables, inside a hamburger bun with sweet potato fries, or on its own with a side salad.
