Homemade Seasoning Salt

When making your own seasonings, one can adjust to their own preferences, not even counting your individual health needs. Try new combinations of your favorite seasonings, each cuisine style might give you the key for this. For example mine is my Peruvian background; but if saying, you are from Mexico, you might want to add Chili Powder and Coriander. Central America, no parsley and paprika, but instead achiote and more oregano. And so on, have your own personal touch in your home, something that makes it YOU !! have fun.

Ingredients:

3 parts regular table salt
1 part granulated onion
1 part granulated garlic
1 part cumin
1 part smoked paprika
1 part oregano
1 part dried parsley

Next:

Mix all ingredients throughout with your hands. Store in airtight container. It keeps nicely in a masonry bowl on top of your counter.

Good to know:
* If you are in a salt replacement diet, substitute the regular salt for "salt substitute".
* If you need no salt at all try just mixing the seasonings with out the salt.

Have Fun Cooking and Enjoy !!!
